Manually change Top Sites in Safari 4
Safari 4 Top Sites — The new Safari 4 “Top Sites” screen shows icons of websites you visit most. I would prefer to see only the sites I choose and in the order I want them. It turns out it’s easy to manually add sites not shown and arrange them however you want. (Dave South)

Use the site icon — Click and drag the site icon which is the little icon to the left of the URL. (Dave South)

Website saved — The website is now saved to the Top Sites page. (Dave South)
Edit Top Sites — Click the “Edit” button in the lower left corner. You can change the size of the icons using the links on the right for small, medium or large. (Dave South)
Arrange icons — Then drag the icons around on Top Sites to “pin” them into place. The blue pushpin shows all pages permanently assigned to Top Sites. To remove a page, click the black X. (Dave South)
